Right, now my hips are on track here comes the eating!! I will e following Quantum Paleo for as long as it takes for me to get to my target of 66kgs.

Food required? no processed crap, i’m a firm eliever in whole foods,

no grains or dairy ( unless whey protein) I’m lactose & gluten intolerant anyway

Lots of fats!

Lots of yumo meat and heaps of vege! My last stint I lost  kgs in the first week, so this should work well! wish me luck 🙂
